In accordance with the Rules of South Canberra Netball Association Incorporation, the

Annual General Meeting will be held on 16th October 2025 with the following agenda:

1. Attendance and apologies

2. Confirm minutes of 2024 annual general meeting

3. Receive executive reports from the President and Treasurer

4. Receive nomination for life membership

5. Elect members of the Executive including office-bearers:

a. President

b. Vice President

c. Secretary

d. Treasurer

e.3 Committee members

f. Sub-committee chairs

6. Receive the statement of accounts and reports
