SOUTH CANBERRA NETBALL ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
TUESDAY, 27 OCTOBER 2026
from 5:30 PM
Location: SCNA Clubhouse, Makin Place, Deakin
Please note: This AGM will propose a special resolution that the South Canberra Netball Association’s financial year end on 30 September each year, instead of the current 30 June date.
In accordance with the Constitution of South Canberra Netball Association, the Annual General Meeting will be held on 27 October 2026 with the following agenda:
1. Attendance and apologies
2. Confirm minutes of 2025 annual general meeting
3. Receive executive reports from the President and Treasurer and receive the statement of accounts and reports
4. Propose Special Resolution that the South Canberra Netball Association’s financial year end on 30 September each year, instead of the current 30 June date. See attached for details.
5. Elect members of the Executive Committee:
a. President
b. Vice President
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
e. General Member(s)
6. Vote for any Life Member(s).
7. Other business.
