Mornings 

Poles: Check all poles are at the short height and have their wrappers on. Put out poles and wrappers on the grass courts. Small hoops on courts 14 & 15, large hoops on courts 10, 11, 12, & 13. 

Check toilet paper in all the toilets, including the men's and disabled. Toilet paper is in the cupboard outside the men's toilet. The key for the holders in the women's toilet is in the office. (Just ask.) 

Bins: line small bins with bin liners ( in the cupboard outside the men's toilet). Put out the recycling bins and the small bins. 3 each down the middle of the courts, 1 small bin at the BBQ and the rest near the grass courts.  

 Ice: check that there is ice in the ice freezer (near the umpire's room). Fill sandwich bags with ice if necessary.  

General: sweep pavilion floor if necessary.

Midday 

Poles: bring in the  hoops and wrappers from grass courts . 

Check toilet paper in all the toilets, including the men's and disabled. Toilet paper is in the cupboard outside the men's toilet. The key for the holders in the women's toilet is in the office. (Just ask.) 

Bins: check rubbish bins in all the toilets and empty if necessary. Check all the small bins, especially at the BBQ and empty and reline if necessary. Bin liners are in the cupboard outside the men's toilets. Bring in the bins that are on the grass courts and relocate inside the fences. 

 Ice: check that there is ice in the ice freezer (near the umpire's room). Fill sandwich bags with ice if necessary.  

General: sweep pavilion floor if necessary.

Court Pack Up 

Poles: bring in the hoops and wrappers from the grass courts.  

Toilets: empty all bins

Bins: Put recycling bins back in their alcove. Bring in and empty all small bins Ask office staff if further assistance is required
