  • Junior Netball Development Program

    South Canberra Netball Association are offering a 3 week program aimed at players looking to extend their netball skills. It will particularly cater to players who are interested in playing or are already playing in the Junior Representative teams for South Canberra. Where: South Canberra Netball Courts, Makin Place, Deakin When: 9 Nov, 16 Nov, and 23 Nov 2023 Time: Thursday 5:30pm - 7pm Cost: $60 per player Who: Players born between 2009-2014 inclusive.   • Twilight Fixture out now on PlayHQ

    The Twilight Competition Fixtures are out and can be accessed via PlayHQ at the following link https://www.playhq.com/.../south-canberra.../8231a9c0 or by hitting the PlayHQ button on our website homepage. NetSetGo, Juniors, Intermediates, Cadets and Women are under Twilight Comp and the Senior Mixed games are under Twilight Mixed. Please remember that all teams playing on Mondays and Tuesdays need to provide their own umpire. If you need help with this please let me know and we will try to source one for you. Game Times Monday 5:30pm - NetSetGO Net and NetSetGO Set 6:20pm - NetSetGO Go Tuesday 5:30pm - Juniors 6:20pm - Inters 7:10pm - Cadets and Women's Div 2 8:00pm - Women's Div 1 and Women's Div 2 Also because of numbers we will be playing some Women's Div 2 games at 7:10 pm rather than 8pm, so please don't assume that you are on at the same time each week.     The Twilight competition begins next Monday. Are all your players registered? Draws are being finalised this week. Timetable: Monday 5:30pm - NetSetGO Net and NetSetGO Set Monday 6:20pm - NetSetGO Go Tuesday 5:30pm - Juniors Tuesday 6:20pm - Intermediates Tuesday 7:10pm - Cadets Tuesday 8:15pm - Seniors Wednesday 6:00pm - Mixed 16+ session 1 Wednesday 7:00pm - Mixed 16+ session 2.

  • Net Set Go Net in Term 4

    Registrations for our NetSetGO Net program are now open. Our Net program is for 5-9 year olds. This is an introductory skills based program and the participant will not be playing full games. The program runs on Monday evenings from 16th October - 11 December 2023. To register email scna.operations@gmail.com for a registration link.

    We are still accepting registrations for our Twilight Competition. For information about the competition please go to the Get Involved page and go to Competitions. Unaffiliated teams can enter teams directly by emailing scna.operations@gmail.com for information. Please note that all teams will need to provide their own umpires except those playing in the mixed competition.

  • Twilight Competition - Registrations open now!

    Key Competition Info: · Team Nominations and Player Registrations Open: 30th August · Team Nominations Close 6th October · Player Registrations are due by 20th October · Competition Starts Monday 16th October – running for 9 weeks · Team must provide their own umpires (except in mixed – provided by SCNA) · At least 7 players must be registered in each team before the start of round 2 or risk forfeiting future games How to register an Unaffiliated team 1. Send an email to scna.operations@gmail.com with the following: a. Team name b. Preferred division c. Contact details for a team representative (email and phone number) d. List of at least 7 team members names (if possible – to help us manage registrations and ensure teams are viable prior to competition set up) 2. Our Operations Manager will set up your team in PlayHQ and provide your team representative with a registration link to be used by all players 3. All players use the link to register To register for NetSetGO Net, please send an email to scna.operations@gmail.com and we will send you a registration link.
